Network Assembly Publishes Sitting Calendar and Public Gallery Arrangements

The Network Assembly of the Velocity Interoperability Network today published its sitting calendar for the remainder of 2026. The Assembly sits in sitting weeks of three days, from Tuesday to Thursday, held fortnightly. The first sitting week begins on Tuesday 15 September 2026 and the seventh and last of the year ends on Thursday 10 December 2026, a total of 21 sitting days. Sittings open at 10:00 and rise at 18:00 unless the Assembly resolves otherwise.

Every sitting is open to the public. The public gallery of the Assembly Chamber at Central Exchange seats 120, and a press gallery seats 24. Tickets for the public gallery may be requested by email up to two sitting days in advance; 40 seats are held on every sitting day for those who attend without a ticket and are admitted in order of arrival from 09:30. Visitors pass through security screening, and photography and recording are not permitted in the gallery.

Committee meetings held in public may be attended without a ticket, subject to the capacity of the committee room.
